Our Beginning
Established December 28, 1971, the Village of North Syracuse Housing Authority is a Housing and Urban Development Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8 Tenant-Based).

Our Mission
The Village of North Syracuse Housing Authority’s mission is to provide safe, decent, sanitary and affordable housing within the North Syracuse Central School District for very low-income families and to our manage resources effectively.
The Housing Authority also promotes personal, economic and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.
We have supported projects including Centerville Court Apartments, Maloney Manor, Janus Park, and most recently Toll Road Senior Apartments.
